Using this website is governed by our Terms of Use. Using the Auditore platform commercially is governed by a set of agreements we provide when you sign up. The main documents are below.
Master Subscription Agreement
The core contract. It sets out your right to use the platform, the subscription term and renewal, acceptable use, confidentiality, warranties and liability. The modules and frameworks you enable, and the fees, are recorded in your order.
Data Processing Agreement
You control the personal information in your tenant, so Auditore acts as your operator (processor) under POPIA. The DPA describes how we process that data on your instructions, the security measures we apply, our use of sub-operators, cross-border transfers, and how we handle a breach.
Service levels
Availability, support response times and maintenance are set out in your agreement. We do not publish generic figures here, because they depend on your plan and deployment.
Your order
Your order records the specific modules, frameworks, entities, term and pricing you have selected. Auditore is modular, so you pay for what you enable.
